Is this a real opportunity?
We understand that opportunities like this can raise questions, and that’s fair. I Do in Destination is a legitimate reality television project filmed at established luxury resorts and produced in partnership with JOURNY Originals.

Do I need to pay to apply?
There is no cost to apply, and you are never required to provide payment information as part of the application process.
What is free and what is not?
Your wedding + resort stay are complimentary. Flights are not included. To qualify, 20+ rooms (3+ nights) must be booked through Vic’s Vacations

When will my wedding take place?
Filming takes place June 2026 (exact wedding date confirmed with the selected couple during production planning).

How long will filming take?
If chosen, the filming will take place 5-7 days surrounding the wedding day.
​
What are my resort options?
The Production company has partnered with Meliá Hotels and will be filming at either ​Paradisus Palma Real (Punta Cana) or Paradisus Cancún. Final resort is determined by production availability and filming logistics.

What are the vibes of each resort?
Paradisus Palma Real (Punta Cana): lush, tropical, beachy elegance.
Paradisus Cancún: iconic ocean views + modern Cancun energy.

How Casting Works
Step 1: Apply.
Complete the short application and share your love story.
Step 2: Submit a Video.
Upload a short, fun video (prompt inside the application).
Step 3: Interviews.
The production team will review submissions and contact finalists for interviews. Note: Casting decisions are solely made by the production team. Vic's Vacations will contact you regardless if you are chosen or not.

From design meetings to vendor decisions to the final “I do,” your story is captured in a way that feels elevated, authentic, and unforgettable.​

By submitting an application for I Do, In Destination, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Guarantee of Selection
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or participation in the Series. The couple will be selected by the production company at its sole discretion. ​
​
Wedding & Travel Details
The selected couple will receive a complimentary destination wedding and resort stay, as determined by the production and resort partners. Guest travel, accommodations, airfare, and related expenses are not included and remain the responsibility of attending guests.
​
A minimum of 20+ booked guest rooms (3 nights or more) is required to qualify, as determined by the resort and production partners.
​
Travel Coordination
If selected, Vic’s Vacations will assist with coordinating resort bookings and group travel arrangements for the couple and their guests. Standard travel agency terms may apply to guest bookings.
​
Casting Authority
All casting decisions are made solely by the television production company. Vic’s Vacations assists with applications and travel logistics but does not control or influence final casting decisions.

Filming & Participation
The selected couple must be willing to participate in filming, interviews, and related production activities before, during, and after the wedding. Additional releases, waivers, and agreements may be required by the production company prior to filming.​​
